Vincenzo di Mauro is a multi-instrumentalist (transverse flute, fiddle, bagpipes, the
Neapolitan drum tammorra, etc.) and maker of historical and traditional flutes based in
Galway. He is well versed in the traditional music and dances of Naples, his hometown, and
has been part of the traditional music scene of Galway since 2003. His musical interests
range from traditional Italian, French, and Irish music to early music - from medieval to
Renaissance and baroque music.
