BOOKING TICKETS ON LINE
Tickets are sold directly on our website.  Secure payment goes through Stripe.  When you book tickets, you will set up an account where you can access your tickets and links to recorded and Zoom events.

PRICE
Your payment is taken as you place your order so you will always be charged at the rate advertised at the point of ordering.

PAYMENT
We accept payment online by credit card through Stripe. Your payment is processed via a fully authorised Payment Service which ensures that all your information remains totally confidential. In fact, we never see any of the card numbers ourselves. Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not authorise successfully, your order will not be successfully processed. Please check that you receive a confirmation of your order. If you have not received this, your order may not be processed successfully.

REFUNDS
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless a performance is cancelled or abandoned. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please note the management reserve the right to make essential changes to the programme.

THE “MY ACCOUNT” FEATURE
In the “my account” feature, your billing and shipping details are stored as well as your previous purchase information.  Debit / Credit card information is not stored, for your security.  Please see our privacy policy for details on retention of data.
